Role Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Lead who would bring high energy to independently own & drive growth marketing & distribution strategies at The Financialist. This role would be responsible for scaling the client acquisition, strengthening our brand presence and building efficient distribution channels.
Experience:
Ideal for candidates with 2-5 Years of experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
While we are called The Financialist, we are essentially building a lifestyle brand for people to not worry about their finances and have their time back to lead their lives.
Build campaigns around the theme mentioned above.
Own lead generation activities.
Have a good demographic and psychographic understanding of the TG.
Work with a team of copy writer and designer.
Manage social media handles in adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Academic background: Bachelors / Masters in marketing or relevant field.
Ideal candidate would be someone with a strong ownership mindset, structured, and holds a data-driven approach towards problem solving.
Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience in setting up, tracking, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads.
Ability to work with GA4, ad dashboards, and reports to derive insights, track funnels, and make data-backed decisions across the customer acquisition journey.
Someone who has worked in the Finance space or holds inclination towards financial products.
