We deliver comprehensive financial planning services aimed at enhancing clients' financial planning needs. Our team comprises Chartered Accountants, Chartered Financial Analysts, and Investment Bankers who are committed to providing unbiased financial advice. Role Description:

The job entails leading the HR vertical of the organization, and offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the company's founders. You will be involved in a variety of tasks such as recruitment and onboarding, maintenance of employee records and processing payroll, compliances- HR policies and legal regulations, and supporting employee relation initiatives including learning, training, development, & grievance redressal, and employee exit processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Management – Lead hiring, implement structured processes & ensure band parity

  • Employer Branding – Position The Financialist as a top employer via digital & offline initiatives

  • Payroll & Compliance – Ensure accurate payroll, statutory compliance & benefits administration

  • Leave & Attendance – Optimize tracking systems for efficiency & work-life balance

  • HR Policies – Develop, update & enforce policies aligned with business & legal standards

  • Employee Engagement – Organize town halls, team-building events & culture-enhancing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Academic background: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in human resource or related field.

Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years HR experience with a penchant to build high-performing culture

  • Proven expertise in hiring, payroll, compliance & engagement

  • Decent grasp of labor laws & HR best practices

  • Penchant to learn and implement the best culture

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
