Role Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, vendor management, reconciliations, invoicing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records; record all transactions in accounting software (Razorpayx / Zohobooks / Tally)
● Vendor Payments & Management: Process and track all vendor payments; maintain relationships and ensure timely settlements.
● Reconciliation & Recovery Management: Reconcile bank statements, client accounts, and internal records; follow up on outstanding dues and manage recovery processes.
● Client Invoicing: Generate, track, and manage invoices for all clients; coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely billing.
● Tax & Compliance Support: Assist with TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance; coordinate with external CA/consultants where needed.
● Reporting: Provide periodic MIS reports and updates on receivables, payables, and cash flow. ● Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current accounting processes and propose improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Academic background:
Bachelors/ Masters in a commerce/management field with relevant work experience.
